Bootcamp/endurance WOD torstai klo 8, 18 ja 19:

”Team Murph”

In teams of two or three complete the following for time:

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Team members must run a mile together each time. Only one person works at any one time and you can scale and partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
