(add weights if too easy)

7 rounds of:

1st minute: squat cleans (light)
2nd minute: ring row
3rd minute: Jog

Try to keep yourself moving during the whole 21 minutes. Pace yourself and choose the weights carefully. Cleans must be perfect, but you may add weight during the workout. Just keep sure that you maintain your technique.
