Dynamic Warm Up + Build quickly to 80% Deadlift (6×50%/5×60%/4×70%)

Alternating EMOM for 15 minutes (5 rounds):
Min. 1: Deadlift 3 reps @ 80-85%
Min. 2: 3-10 Strict Ring Dips OR Ring support 10 secs + Bottom of dip hold 10 secs
Min. 3: REST

3 rounds for time of:
* Run 600m
* 15x Deadlift @ 50% of 1RM (Beast level: 100/70kg)
* 20x Push Ups
