Gymnastics practice:
Every 2 minutes for 6 sets:
6-15 strict HSPU’s
Max set unbroken T2B

Every 90 s for 10 sets (5 each, alternating):
1) 3 deadlifts @ RPE 7-8
2) 3 shoulder presses @ RPE 7-8

2 x 10 min on / 3 min off:
A) 15 box jump overs +
10 DB hang clean and jerks +
15 pull ups
B) 15 thrusters +
10 bar facing burpees +
15 lateral bar jump overs
