In teams of 3 for 40 minutes:
1) 14 Box step overs
10-14 Single arm DB Rows
14-20 Single leg V-ups
2) 600-800 m Run
3) Easy bike
– Switch stations when runner is done. Complete station 1 only once and rest the remaining time until switch.
