B) 3 weighted pull ups @ RPE 7-8

2 x 12 min on / 3 min off:
A) 15 cal bike +
10 DB single arm devils press 22,5/15 kg +
10 HS walk
B) 15 cal ski +
10 power snatches 60/40kg +
15 T2B
