Shoulder Press 1 RM, then 5 x 1 rep @ 90%, then 1 x max reps @ 70%

For time with partner:
600m Farmer’s Carry

Partners must move as much weight as possible 600m in a farmer’s carry. Every time weights touch the ground or partners change roles, each must perform 10 Air Squats.

Post workout: Hip Extensions 3 x 10 reps
