TODAY’S MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH

Most people operate out from their personal history, out from their memory. Things they’ve done, things they’ve experienced, things they’ve seen, things they’ve observed. What I’m suggesting is that you operate out of a larger vision of youself. I wanna see you do things you wanna do. Experience things you wanna experience. Doing things that give your life a meaning of value. Operete of out your imagination, NOT your memory. Because when ever your looking to see where ever you wanna go, your gonna have a inner conversation in the back of your mind from all the past experiences in your life, saying YOU CAN’T DO IT! You wanna ignore that corversation. For some reason when something happens to people, they tend to think that’s the way it is, that’s the way it’s always been and they can’t see the possibility of being any different.

Example: Before April 1954 the common belief, the universal belief, because it had been tried again and again and people had failed. The belief was that man was not physically capable of breaking the four minute barrier, that he could NOT run a mile in less than four minutes. That was the BELIEF on the planet, I had NEVER been done. Roger Bannister came along and he broke the four minute barrier! What’s significant about that since that time up to this day over 20 000 people have DONE IT, including high school kids! What changed?!? What changed was that when they got on to that track and they knew it had been DONE and because it had been done there was a new belief about this barrier, about this goal which was unreachable. Those 20 000 people got on to that track KNOWING it’s possible and BELIEVING in themselves!
