2 RM Bear Complex Ladder
On 3-2-1-GO! Athlete has 80 seconds to complete the complex, followed by 10 second transition period. At the end of 80 seconds, athlete will hear ”3-2-1-TIME” and 3-2-1-ROTATE at the end of 10 second transition. Athlete will move on to bigger weight until failure.
Women’s weights: 30kg-35kg-40kg-45kg-50kg-55kg-60kg-65kg
Men’s weights: 40kg-50kg-60kg-70kg-80kg-90kg-100-110kg
